Toddler Tuesdays: Giveaway

I've been getting great feedback on my Toddler Tuesdays series and I'm SO glad you're enjoying it. Feeding kids can be challenging- especially when you want to feed them healthy/nutritious foods that they'll enjoy! This week I'm hosting a giveaway that I'm quite excited about.

I was contacted by the people of MIRA containers I was excited to try out their product. I get multiple product offers a week but often they have nothing to do with my blog. I try to keep the blog focused, so I'm not going to give away a hammock (yes- I was offered that LOL!) but I'm happy to share these amazing containers with you. I send containers with Landon to his school daily and am always looking for ones that hold up, are sturdy, and have easy lids. These are perfect. Since they're stainless steel you can't use them to hold lunches that need heating, but I used them to send in snacks that stay in his classroom as well as fruit salad. They are a nice size, larger than the picture would lead you to believe, and hold up well in the dishwasher.

So now it's your turn! I'll be sending a set of two of these containers to one winner. All you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me what you'd use these containers for. It can be toddler related or not- however they'd be used in your home! The contest ends Thursday at midnight and I'll announce the winner Friday. PLEASE leave your email in the comment. Only one entry per person, please!

  4. I have a two year old and therefore always have to have a snack on hand in order to avoid public meltdowns, tantrums, climbing out of the grocery cart and making a run for it, etc. I use plastic containers but over time and repeated washings they get scratched and sometimes moldy (yuck!) and smelly. I would LOVE metal containers to take his snacks with me. I have started replacing his plastic water bottles with stainless steel and there is a huge difference in how clean they get.

  9. Oooh I like those. We go out once a month to do our grocery shopping out of town (2 1/2 hour drive each way ugh) and I'm always putting snacks in containers for my son. These would be perfect!

  11. I love the idea of these containers! I try to avoid plastic, so I use small glass bowls for my son's food now. I would love a stainless steel alternative for him so that it's safer for him to handle them. He's only 20 months old so he's a little young to handle the glass on his own.

  21. My son, who is 2, likes variety of food and can be demanding in that way. At the dinner table he is learning to try several different foods vs. wolfing down one item at a time or getting too full on, say, pasta. I would love these containers to send with him to sunday school. I would satisfy his need for variety by using his healthfood bar as a divider and putting his fruit chews on one side and his multigrain cereal in the other - 3 snacks in 1!!!! Thanks for your great ideas and recipes!
